I am grateful for the opportunity that was given to me. Many things can be said, but these are the two most important highlights for me:
I really appreciated the slow walking – as it was first time I saw a monk do it – and what a difference .
I am very grateful for “The 5 contemplation before eating” , as that is a practice that can be done with ease and I brings great benefit.

That day was my first time went to Santavana. The meditation lesson is good. I have learned to be more mindfulness and live in the present which I seldom aware in the past, because I have a wondering mind, especially when I was not engaging in anything. Through meditation, I learned to feel my breathing, my body and to feel my present at that moment. It was also the first time I heard about lying meditation and working meditation. I love the walking meditation. I used to take a walk before when I have the free time and energy to do it. The walking meditation withdrawn me from the busy world, I could focus on my own path, at the same time realise with the existence of the life around me, of course including the people and the beauty of the nature.
